On the very day of the MBA Lottery and Draft, Meaty Ogres and Naughty Koalas agreed on a trade that sent Koala players Allen Iverson (G) and Donyell Marshall (F) to the Meaty Ogres in return for Kirk Hinrich (G) and the Ogres' 2005 first round draft pick.

Veterans Iverson (career 142 games, 21.35 fppg) and Marshall (career 74 games, 17.68 fppg) are both coming of solid fantasy seasons, and are hoped for by Meaty Ogres to improve the teams chances for an MBA championship title immediately.

The talented Hinrich (0 games, 0 FP) was in fact drafted and later waived by the Naughty Koalas in 2003, but now returns for a second chance with the team, looking to build upon his rookie season.
