Jacob's Basketball Hold added two rookie guards through the MBA 2011 Fantasy Draft with selections of first Ricky Rubio (seventh overall) and Jimmer Fredette (11th overall, second round). In preparation for the draft, coach Jacob retired legendary center Shaquille O'Neal and later released second year guard/forward Wesley Johnson.

The last remaining player in the MBA from the first league founding Fantasy Draft in 1993, Shaq accounts for 18 fantasy seasons, 239 games (217 starts) with a total of 6113 FP (all time third MBA) and an average of 26.34 fppg (all time sixth MBA). His fantasy career includes game averages 24.2 ppg 10.5 rpg 2.8 apg 2.3 bpg with a .591 field goal percentage, leading the way to five MBA fantasy league titles for Jacob's Basketball Hold.
