MBA fantasy team Meaty Ogres have signed free agent forward Carl Landry until and including at least week 11's fantasy games. Coach Brian also released previous free agent pickup forward Charlie Villanueva to open space for Landry on the team roster.

The 26-year old power forward Landry enters the MBA league for the first time. He went undrafted in the MBA in 2007 and joins the Ogres in his third pro year. Villanueva was added to the Ogres' squad during the 2009 offseason, but failed to earn a place in the team's rotation (1 bench game, 4.0 FP).
