MBA fantasy team Jacob's Basketball Hold have signed free agent forward David West until and including at least week 5's fantasy games. To clear roster space coach Jacob waived 2007 second round draft pick, forward Thaddeus Young (drafted ninth overall).

West was released by the Yavapai Swashbucklers before the opening tipoff of 2007/2008, and returns to the fantasy league after only a few days in free agency. His MBA career stats are 23 games for an 18.57 fppg-average.
