RIMROCKERS: DESMOND MASON RETURNS
RimRockers have signed free agent guard/forward Desmond Mason to a four-week-contract.
Mason was originally drafted as a forward by Ole's Overlords in the first round of the 2000 MBA fantasy draft (8th overall), but has now been updated to the position of GUARD/FORWARD.
Waived by coach Ole after an unspectacular rookie year (2 games, 8.5 fppg), Mason teamed up with the RimRockers in week 7 of the 2001/2002 season (8 games, 1 start, 9.8 fppg).
Later cut from the team during the 2002 offseason, Mason now returns to the RimRockers for a second period looking to improve on his fantasy points production level.
