OVERLORDS PART WITH COLEMAN, SIGN BOOZER
Ole's Overlords have released Derrick Coleman (F/C) and signed undrafted rookie free agent Carlos Boozer (F/C) to a four-week contract.
The transaction marks the end of an era for the Overlords as Coleman became the last player of the original Overlords team to depart.
A highly valuable but injury plaqued fantasy player since 1993, Coleman has never averaged below 17.5 FP/game in a fantasy season.
His MBA career average is 20.6 FP/game unmodified in 97 games and 59 starts, including 17.8 ppg, 10.2 rpg and 2.8 apg, ranking among only 9 MBA players to average 15+ points and 10+ rebounds for their fantasy career.
Boozer went undrafted in the 2002 MBA fantasy draft, but now earns a chance to make it into the fantasy league, teaming up with the Overlords.
