CRAWFORD SIGNED BY SWASHBUCKLERS
Free agent guard Jamal Crawford has been inked to a four-week contract by the Yavapai Swashbucklers.
As the latest addition to the Swashbucklers roster, Crawford joins his third of the four teams in the MBA's Western Conference in a turbulent four season career, and in fact his second this season.
Originally a first round pick by the Naughty Koalas in the 2000 MBA Draft (7th overall), Crawford was waived by the NK after his rookie season (1 game, -4 FP), then spent two years as a free agent before being signed by Jacob's Basketball Hold prior to the 2003 MBA Draft.
Waived by coach Jacob in WEEK 5 (0 games, 0 FP), the 23-year old guard prospect now gets a third chance with the Swashbucklers.
