The activation of a number of players from the injured list in WEEK 8 of the MBA season caused a roster overflow with three fantasy teams, forcing three releases of players.

The return of both Ron Artest and Carlos Arroyo forced the Yavapai Swashbucklers initially to suspend guard Jamal Crawford for the WEEK 8 game, but coach 3M immediately took steps to reactivate Crawford to the roster by releasing recent free agent pickup, guard Ronald Murray (3 games, 9.4 fppg).

Ole's Overlords were happy to see injured Caron Butler ready to play, but the resulting roster overflow forced the automatic release of guard/forward Larry Hughes (4 games, 14.5 fppg).

And finally the RimRockers had to let go of guard Bobby Jackson to cut to roster to twelve active players, after rookie forward/center Darko Milicic returned to the active player pool.
