ROSE AND WELLS RELEASED BY RIMROCKERS
The regular fantasy season has just ended, but the RimRockers are already taking steps to clean up their roster.
Coach Lauer has released guard/forwards Jalen Rose and Bonzi Wells from the team.
Rose (career 79 games, 17.7 fppg unmodified) entered the MBA league as a free agent signing by the Yavapai Swashbucklers in the 1999/2000 season, later to join the RimRockers in an offseason six-player trade with the Swashbucklers on October 20, 2000.
His best season includes a 21.75 FP/game average in 16 starts for the RimRockers in 2000/2001.
Wells is a bonafide MBA journey man, his fantasy career covering stints with both the Swashbucklers (thrice 1999-2003) and Jacob's Basketball Hold (2001/2002) before being picked up the RimRockers this season in WEEK 2 (6 games, 7.0 fppg unmod.).
His career numbers are 31 games with a 14.90 fppg average unmodified.
